Medical Foundation of Marion & Polk Counties (MFMPC)
The Medical Foundation of Marion & Polk Counties supports the health of the community and actively endeavors to promote programs that advocate for the public health.
The Medical Foundation of Marion & Polk Counties is committed to the collaborative efforts of all providers as they seek to serve their patients.

The major programs of the Medical Foundation are: Women's Health Program (Free mammograms), MedAssist, a prescription assistance program for eligible seniors and low-income individuals/families, Project Access, which provides medical care to the uninsured and scholarships for students entering the field of medicine.
