What

The Medical Society of Marion Polk County is interested in the thoughts and opinions of privately owned practices - small medical clinics, direct service providers (DPC's), etc. This event is a meet and greet and roundtable discussion of challenges and issues facing you and your clinic.

This outreach effort will help our board of directors better understand the needs of providers in your clinic. Join us!

That this year’s event will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at the beautiful 620 Collective. The venue offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place for an evening of networking, reconnecting, and celebrating with fellow members and guests.

Program: Introduction of sponsors, member updates. Our program this fall features Finn Joseph, magician and mentalist.

Registration Rates:

Medical Society Members: Includes one guest (spouse, significant other) Free with current paid member dues. Children under 12 free. Child sitting provided.
Non Members: $40 per person. All medical providers, their guests and people in the medical community are invited! Come meet your medical colleagues.

Exhibit Table: Includes 2 registrations, rectangular skirted table, recognition from the podium, signage and listing on website and social media: $650.

Title Sponsor: Benefits include: "front row" reserved table for 8 guests, event sign, exhibit table, 2 bottles of wine (red and white), verbal recognition, mention in social media, special table sign. Also "magical" benefits will be provided. This is the perfect opportunity for companies reaching out to medical providers. $2,000. Only one available.

Table Sponsor: Sponsor a table for your organization (up to 8 at a table). Includes verbal recognition, mention in social media, special table sign, and preferential seating: $1,000.

Join us for a night of festivities at Salem's Riverfront Carousel on December 6, 5-7 pm. This is our 25th year of this fun, family friendly event. The carousel is reserved exclusively for MPCMS members & their families. Bring the kids, grandkids or just the kid in you! Join us as we celebrate this long-standing tradition with unlimited carousel rides on hand-carved horses.

COOKIE DECORATING

Kids will love the cookie decorating kits from Sewell Sweets! We will also have chocolate milk for the kids.

REGISTRATION

Medical society members: Free. RSVP is appreciated, but not required. The number of guests per member is unlimited - bring your whole family! Non-members suggested donation at door $20 per family.
