Three Small Steps to Transform What's Left of 2020

Join us for a small group discussion focused on improving your personal wellbeing. Objectives for this group include:
1. Invest in yourself by taking at least 15 minutes per day consistently. Several options and free online tools will be explored. (Exercise, meditation, hobby, writing/journaling, socializing, getting outdoors, etc...) Starting with small steps, can lead to big outcomes.
2. Understand that you are in control of your outcome, even in chaotic times.
3. Measuring where you are now, and checking in weekly or monthly, will help you have an objective sense to compare your progress or where you are stuck.
