Empowered Relief is an evidence-based, single-session pain class that rapidly equips patients with pain management skills. Developed at Stanford University. If you want to find a way to reduce your pain, manage it better when it comes, and feel like you are in the driver’s seat of your experience of pain…please come join our Empowered Relief class.
