• Exhibit Table Sponsor – $650.00
  For organizations who sponsor the event. Includes a table for displaying materials, logo on event materials and signage and two registrations.
• Medical Society Member
  Registration for members and spouse or significant other is free. For guests who are colleagues, choose the option for $25.
• Non Profit Exhibit Booth
  Exhibit table for non profit organizations. Free to non profit organizations. Limit of 3.
• Nonmember – $75.00
  For providers who are not current members of the Medical Society. We will waive this fee if a member application is competed.
• Reserved Table – $1,000.00
  Reserved table in premium location. Include up to 8 people. Please list names when available.
